'Today we mourn and rightly so. As a ray of exuberance departs from our lives, we grieve over the momentary darkness that has taken over.

But that darkness is momentary.

For we mourn because, ironically, there is much to celebrate. We mourn her death because of how she lived. We mourn the loss of her future because of how she lived her past and present. We mourn her absence because we will miss her presence.

This is a time for grieving so let us stay together and support each other. Yet, let's look forward to celebrating how she lived. Let's anticipate to cherishing life as she treasured it. Let's push forward as we allow her to continue to inspire us--for true inspiration lives on and will be immortalized long after its source has disappeared.

We will get through this together because our memories of her will eventually spur us on. Until that glorious day arrives, we the TAs are here for you. We love each of you and we hope you know that.'
